Paul Barnes, who has been in the trade all his working life, sources his meat from local farms, and a board announces which farms have supplied the current week's beef, lamb and pork. The chickens are all reared and slaughtered in Yorkshire. The shop also sells its own excellent pies and sausages, along with preserves and sauces..
